Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for creating a client base by pursuing prospective client leads generated by your own contacts, prospecting, and leads from our Inside Sales Team. This position is primarily responsible for building and maintaining accounts in response to our client’s ever growing technical staffing and IT development needs. Our Project Managers are articulate, professional sales people, who usually have staff augmentation and professional services experience. They manage accounts and high level relationships to achieve and exceed company sales and profitability goals.


Contact prospective clients through prospecting, cold calling, networking, Internet search methods, and any other appropriate means.

Provide prompt follow-up to any prospective leads as necessary.

Work with technical liaisons to draft and deliver proposals.

Maintain and enhance existing client relationships.

Develop relationships with all levels of clients.

Required Skills

BA/BS degree required.

At least three to five years of experience in professional services or technical staffing industry or at least two years outside sales experience, preferably in hi-tech.

Dynamic, competitive, and professional spirit.

Excellent communication and organization skills.

Must be willing to travel throughout local region.

Specialized Requirements

Must be well versed in QA methodology and product development life cycle, including test planning, test creation, test execution, and defect tracking.

Must possess a strong interest in learning new business models and Internet/eCommerce applications in general.

Must be self motivated, organized, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities, have a high attention to detail, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
